Dynojet is looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our R&D shop. This isn't your typical engineering job. We need someone who's comfortable with a wrench, curious about how things work, and ready to get their hands dirty building and testing performance products.
If you know your way around a toolbox, can follow a wiring diagram, and get excited about making things work better, faster, and louder...
What You'll Do:
-Help test and develop tuning products for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and performance vehicles
-Build prototypes, run dyno tests, and document results
-Wire harnesses, assemble test fixtures, and troubleshoot when things don't cooperate
-Work alongside engineers and product managers who appreciate practical know-how
-Learn new tools, testing equipment, and processes on the job
What We're Looking For:
-Someone who's turned a wrench on their own project (car, bike, lawn mower—doesn't matter)
-Comfortable with basic circuits, multimeters, and mechanical systems
-Good with your hands and not afraid of trial and error
-Detail-oriented enough to keep accurate notes and follow test procedures
-Team player who can take direction and ask smart questions
Bonus Points If You Know:
-The difference between a .step file and a wishful thought
-What an oscilloscope does (and ideally how to use one)
-That M18×1.5 isn't a highway exit
-How to read a torque curve
-CAD software, 3D printing, or CNC basics
-Anything about fuel maps, spark timing, or air-fuel ratios
What You Get:
-Competitive pay and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k match)
-PTO and paid holidays
-Hands-on training with industry-leading performance products
-Employee discounts (because of course)
-A shop culture that values problem-solving over polish
Must be in or around the Bozeman/Belgrade area.
