DESCRIPTION:Important Vendor Guidelines & Reminders:\n\n  Booth Information\n\n\n	\n	When registering\, please comment what you will be selling/making in your booth. This helps us balance the park and avoid duplication.\n	\n	\n	We will only allow one representative per company (for example\, only one vendor per direct sales company\, e.g.\, Scentsy\, Color Street\, etc.).\n	\n\n\n \n\n  Event Time\n\n\n	\n	Festival runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.\n	\n	\n	The parade starts at 10:00 AM   some early visitors will arrive\, but expect the majority of festival traffic after the parade (~11:00 AM).\n	\n\n\n  Weather Policy\n\n\n	\n	This event happens RAIN\, SNOW\, or SHINE   be prepared for Montana weather!\n	\n	\n	No refunds after September 1st.\n	\n\n\n  Reminders\n\n\n	\n	Register NOW to hold your spot   after June 16th we will open to Chamber members and then to the public if space remains.\n	\n	\n	This is a very popular event   space fills quickly!

LOCATION:Event Location Belgrade Senior Center Area (E. Cameron Ave) and Lions Baseball Park The map will look a little different this year due to City updates happening in the park area. We will TRY to accommodate location requests\, but we cannot guarantee specific spots. Setup Info Setup begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday\, September 13th. You MUST check in before setting up to ensure you are in your correct spot. Maps and space numbers will be emailed to you two weeks prior to the event.
